Terms of Service

By using highesttimeline.org or buying anything from Highest Timeline Manifestation Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The academy is operated by SuaLabs OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17510478).

1. What we offer

We offer live events and ceremonies, recorded guided sessions (such as rituals, meditations and breathwork), written articles in the Journal, and an online community, led by Christian Trejo.

2. Buying a recorded session

Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency displayed there, as a one-time payment unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added where the law requires. After payment you receive immediate access through a personal link, and we email you a copy of that link.

3. Your licence

When you buy a session, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it for your own use. You agree not to share your access link, copy, download, record, re-upload, sell or otherwise distribute the content, and not to try to get around the protections on it. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe a link is being shared or misused.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Recorded sessions are digital content delivered immediately. How refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Not professional advice, and your wellbeing

Our sessions are spiritual and symbolic practices for personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace a professional. We do not promise any specific outcome, and we never promise another person's actions. Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Read the safety guidance on the session page before you begin, and stop if you feel unwell. You take part at your own responsibility and should speak to a doctor first if you have a health condition.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access content you have not bought, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including videos, audio, text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying a session does not transfer ownership of it.

8. Third-party services

Parts of the experience run on services such as Stripe, Calendly, Skool and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site and your sessions available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or remove content, and will try to give notice where we reasonably can.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes you hoped for from a spiritual practice. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date above, applies from the moment it is posted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you are a consumer in Estonia and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
