Refund Policy

Live events and ceremonies

Every paid event is a sacred exchange of energy. If you show up fully and leave feeling the session did not deliver the value you came for, send us a message and we will refund every dollar, no questions asked. Free and donation-based events involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

Recorded sessions: The Shift Guarantee

Recorded sessions are digital content, and you get access immediately after paying. We want you to feel a real shift, so every recorded session comes with The Shift Guarantee: do the session, and if you do not feel something shifting, you have 15 days from your purchase to ask for a refund. Simply send us a message and we will refund your payment in full.

At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once access begins, your statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends. The Shift Guarantee is our own promise on top of that, and it applies whether or not you are covered by a statutory right of withdrawal.

Outside those 15 days, we will still make it right if:

• you cannot access or play the session because of a technical problem we are unable to fix,
• you were charged more than once for the same session, or
• the law where you live gives you the right to a refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email magic [at] sualabs [dot] xyz from the address you used to buy, and tell us which event or session it concerns. For recorded sessions, send your request within 15 days of your purchase. We reply within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. When a recorded session is refunded, your access to it ends.
