I went in completely skeptical. I have tried every meditation app, every journaling method, every self-help framework. Ten minutes into the breathwork I started crying and I had no idea why. I have done plant medicine ceremonies, silent retreats, and years of yoga. Nothing has opened me the way Christian's sessions do. There is something about the combination of the breath, the visualization, and the group energy that bypasses every mental defense I have. During the Tree of Life meditation I felt like I was genuinely receiving information from somewhere beyond me. I have no other way to describe it.
